Campus Edge Townhouse Policies

Out of respect for our neighbors and the townhouse, no parties or events are allowed.

There are no pets of any kind allowed in the townhouse.

The renter must be 25 years old or older and staying at the property during the course of the rental.

There is no smoking allowed on the property.

Consumption or storage of illegal substances are not allowed at any time.

Please respect the 9:00pm to 7:00am quiet time noise curfew.

Check In and Check Out time are both at 12:00pm. If you need to check in early or check out late, please email info@campusedgetownhouse.com for prior approval. Due to cleaning schedules and other guest stays, this cannot always be accommodated but we will do our best to help if it is possible!

Our townhouse has designated parking spots. Only the spots with the townhouse unit number are eligible for parking during your stay.

You will receive a gate key card to use during your stay. Loss of a key card will result in a $50 replacement fee.

50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 5 day(s) before arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if canceled after (including weather related cancellations).
25% due at time of booking. Remaining balance due 14 day(s) before arrival.
A pre-authorization of USD 250 is held on 1 day(s) before arrival and voided on 5 day(s) after departure
