About Us:

Our LSU roots go back generations! My grandparents, parents, my husband and I and now our son have all attended LSU. We love being on campus and all the fun experiences downtown and the city of Baton Rouge has to offer. We want to create a temporary home for visitors to enjoy their days and evenings in Baton Rouge while knowing they are coming home to a safe community with easy access and all of the comforts and amenities they can possibly need!

About the Location:

Campus Edge Townhouse is located 2.5 miles from Tiger Stadium and a little over 6 miles from Downtown and Mid City. With easy access to River Road, you are able to avoid a lot of Baton Rouge Traffic and be on the right side of contraflow for LSU games. Our townhouse is located off of Brightside Drive in a small, quiet and secure gated community. You will also have designated parking spaces during your stay for easy parking. Self-Check-in adds even more convenience for your trip!

About the Townhouse:

Campus Edge Townhouse is a fully furnished, well equipped townhouse. From tide pods to toiletries to family games, we have you covered! This is a three-story townhouse which makes a perfect balance for early risers and late sleepers. Enjoy an early morning coffee on our quaint patio while the family sleeps comfortably in their cozy bedrooms equipped with blackout curtains. The first floor is your open concept living space - living room, breakfast area, half bath, laundry area, pantry, kitchen and patio. All with the perfect space to fit your day. Your second floor holds 2 meticulously designed bedrooms with a jack and jill style bathroom. The third floor offers a primary suite equipped with a private bathroom. There is an optional queen-sized inflatable mattress with a headboard available as well. Each bedroom offers a computer desk - perfect for those work trips or late-night gaming sessions! Every detail was considered when appointing this beautiful townhome. Whether it’s for work or play, we want you to have an absolutely perfect stay!!!!

Important to note: There are no downstairs bedrooms. If you are not comfortable with stairs, this will not be a good option for your stay.
